For Our Women

I received this from Sue Rocha ourUSAPA's ambassador for Casa Grande.
This is a great opportunity, to meet new players and hone your competitive skills.
I am sure you will agree that it is terrific opportunity, for a range of skill level play!

Hi Ladies:

Well, it is almost time for all of us to reconnect in Casa Grande.  I am looking forward to seeing everyone soon and playing some fantastic pickleball.

Picking back up on my duties as USAPA Ambassador for Casa Grande, I am hoping to offer some new opportunities for pickleball players in Casa Grande.  One of the things we are going to try is a Women's Skilled League.  The goal of the skilled league is to enable partners to practice together for tournaments in a competitive atmosphere with players of comparable skill.  However, you do not have to be competing to participate.  This is for everyone.  If you just play socially, but want to up your game and challenge yourself, please come and join us.  If you do not have a partner, please sign up for the league anyways and we will do our best to match you with someone.

The league will run for six weeks starting November 13th.  If successful, we will continue to run the league in January.  The league will be held on Mondays from 1 pm to 3 pm at the Dave White Recreational Park.  We will have six teams per division.  The divisions at this time will be:  3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5/5.0.  Each team may consist of 2-3 players allowing for a sub.  This is a six week commitment.  Please sign up no later than November 6th.

Attached is the sign up form.  Please complete and return to Margo Malouf at fawzymargo@yahoo.com or Sue Rocha at rochask@gmail.com.  Margo has volunteered to oversee the league and I will assist.  See you on the courts.

NOTE:  The attachment is in PDF.  If you are unable to open, please let me know.  I can also send the document in Word format.

NOTE:  Please feel free to share this email with others that may be interested in joining this league.

Thanks,
Sue
